Attention A T users. To access the menus on this page please perform the following steps. 1. Please switch auto forms mode to off. 2. Hit enter to expand a main menu option (Health, Benefits, etc). 3. To enter and activate the submenu links, hit the down arrow. Instructions for Requesting TMS Domain Transfer

Your TMS account must be located in the IOW domain before it can be seen at the Iowa City VA Health Care System. If your TMS account was most recently used in conjunction with any VA other than the Iowa City VA, you will need to request that it be moved to the IOW domain by completing the following steps.

1.)    Send an email to: VHAIOWTMSissues@va.gov  requesting your account be moved to IOW domain.

a.       It is important to include the following information in this email:

                                                               i.      Full Name

                                                             ii.      DOB

                                                            iii.      Email account associated with TMS account.

                                                           iv.      Specify your Duty Title:  

Medical Student

Resident

Fellow

                                                             v.      Specify your Service line:

Medicine – Supervisor Matthew Crosby

Surgery – Supervisor Dena Dietzler

                                                           vi.      VA Facility where you were previously stationed.
