University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics Eating Disorders Treatment
(External Rotation)

This rotation will allow interns to be involved in a continuum of care for individuals with an eating disorder.  Interns will be involved in outpatient evaluations, group and individual therapy with the inpatient program and partial hospital program, as well as psychological testing of these individuals.  A biopsychosocial model of treatment will be addressed.
